#30 Internet of Things with ESP8266 #2: Physically Programming ESP-12

How do you program an ESP-7 or ESP-12 module if it is soldered onto a PCB in your “Thing”? In this video I show my proposal using pogo pins. I also show how I create the timing to set the ESP8266 automatically into programming mode if the Arduino IDE starts to upload. For this solution, I use an Attiny85.
