Magnetic Field Due to a Current Through a Circular Loop

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 13: Magnetic Effects of Electric Current. We have so far observed the pattern of the magnetic field lines produced around a current-carrying straight wire. Suppose this straight wire is bent in the form of a circular loop and a current is passed through it. How would the magnetic field lines look like? This is demonstrated with an activity in the video.

Electric Motor

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 13: Magnetic Effects of Electric Current. What is an electric motor? How does it convert electrical energy to mechanical energy? This is explained with a demonstration in the video and the app.

Electric Generator

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 13: Magnetic Effects of Electric Current. What is an electric generator? How are things set up in the electric generator? This is explained with a demonstration in the video and the app.

Solar Energy

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 14: Sources of Energy. How can the solar energy be used to convert electrical energy? What are solar panels? This is explained with a demonstration of solar panel and solar cell.

Traditional Water Harvesting: Khadin System

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 16: Management of Natural Resources. Water harvesting is an age-old concept in India. Water harvesting techniques are highly locale specific and the benefits are also localised. A demonstrative explanation of the traditional water harvesting is given in the video.

Food Chain

CBSE Class 10 Physics Chapter 15: Our Environment. What is a food chain? Each step or level of the food chain forms a trophic level. Some of the food chains are explained in the video with demonstrations.

NITI Aayog accepting applications for the setup of Atal Tinkering Labs

Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog has opened up once again applications from secondary schools ( having Grade VI upto Grade XII ) for the setup of Atal Tinkering Labs in the schools. This is aligned with our endeavour to ‘Cultivate 1 Million+ children in India as Neoteric Innovators’.   Interested schools can apply by logging into the following link : http://aimapp2.aim.gov.in/atlopenapplication/   Schools are instructed to fill the application form, and submit desired documentation at the earliest.   Schools are instructed to read the manual at the below link carefully before applying.   Link: User Manual
