X-rays Explained

A lesson on X-rays, and how they are produced. Covered at the depth required for high school Physics.   For students of NSW, this cover the dot points in the Medical Physics elective (9.6) •describe how X-rays are currently produced • compare the differences between ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ X Rays

NSW Physics review – dot points 9.2.4

The fourth in a series of short videos, I review the dot points in the NSW HSC syllabus. I won’t go into the full details of the physics of each point, but I will touch on them discussing the nuances of each dot point.   In this video I discuss section 9.2.4 – Current and emerging understanding about time and space has been dependent upon earlier models of the transmission of light

NSW Physics review – dot points 9.2.3

The third in a series of short videos, I review the dot points in the NSW HSC syllabus. I won’t go into the full details of the physics of each point, but I will touch on them discussing the nuances of each dot point.   In this video I discuss section 9.2.1 – The Earth has a gravitational field that exerts a force on objects both on it and around it

NSW Physics review – dot points 9.2.2

The second in a series of short videos, I review the dot points in the NSW HSC syllabus. I won’t go into the full details of the physics of each point, but I will touch on them discussing the nuances of each dot point.   In this video I discuss section 9.2.2 – Many factors have to be taken into account to achieve a successful rocket launch, maintain a stable orbit and return to Earth
